Adoption Resource Center
The Adoption Resource Center (ARCDC), located in downtown Washington, D.C., is open to assist pre- and post-adoptive families with children from the District's foster care system. We want to assist you in ensuring a stable, loving and supportive home for the adoptive child, parents and other siblings. As a program funded by the District of Columbia government, there is no fee for service and all contact with the ARCDC is confidential.

- Counseling
- Crisis Hotline
- Support Groups
- Adoption Reunion Services
- Training
- Resource Library

Hours of Operation
Monday - Friday: 9:00 a.m. — 5:00 p.m.
Group Sessions will be held Tuesday & Thursday
evening.
Saturdays are available by appointment.
